Refund policy

Use the first bag of Everyday Kibble. If your dog will not eat it, contact us through the receipt email within 30 days of delivery and we refund that order.

Unopened toys, treats, bowls, and cat food can be returned within 30 days of delivery in original condition. Opened food other than the first-bag guarantee is not returnable.
